The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is a professional outpatient center serving the greater Salt Lake City community. As part of University of Utah Health, the clinic also functions as a training site for graduate students in speech-language pathology and audiology, combining expert care with academic excellence.
We provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for children and adults with a wide range of speech, language, and hearing needs—from developmental delays and autism to hearing loss, stuttering, and neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease and aphasia. All services are delivered by graduate student clinicians under the direct supervision of licensed, ASHA-certified faculty, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive learning environment.

A Donor-Advised Fund offers the opportunity to create an easy-to-establish, low cost, flexible vehicle for charitable giving as an alternative to direct giving or to creating a private foundation. This is accomplished by first establishing a DAF with an irrevocable donation to a public charity that sponsors a DAF program. The donor then recommends the allocation of the donated assets to a qualified public charity (such as the University of Utah).
