In an abundance of caution during this period of uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Palm Desert events including the tennis suite at the BNP Paribas Open and the reception at The Vault. This is disappointing to all of us and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please know your well-being and safety is our priority. On the bright side, we are already planning for March 2021 and look forward to being with you then.

A full refund will be made according to the original payment method. Credit card payments will be credited back as refunds; check payments will be refunded via check from the University of Utah’s Accounts Payable office. Please allow up to two weeks for this process.

If you choose not to take a refund for your payment, we will credit it as a donation to the area of your choice and send you a gift receipt. Please notify Brooke Abel of your preference.
